Inez Tims-Village Apartments, Inc are apartments that are subsidized by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) especially built for Senior Citizens (age 62 or older) and or Disabled.

This complex has seventy (70) units suited to the personal comfort of the elderly and disabled located near downtown, less than five blocks from the downtown post office, two blocks from Towne Square Shopping Center, across the street from Brookshire Brothers Grocery #5, two blocks from the Civic Center, two blocks from the Social Security Office and less than two blocks from several fast food places.

The entire program of Inez Tims Apartments exists fo the purpose of providing decent, safe and sanitary housing for our Residents.

We have full-time employees who are professionals in dealing with our residents.  We believe in going above and beyond what is considered our normal duties.
